"BANG IT OUT: BLECKER": FRIDAY 2/26 1:00-5:00
Price: $150
4 hours with us will answer that age-old
question "What
is he talking about?". We will cover:
- The theories of crimes/punishment and how to use this stuff
on exams.
- The definitions of actual crimes, with a focus on homicide
and the NY Penal law (this is the stuff that you are expected
to know, but no one ever seems to understand).
- Accessorial/Accomplice liability: a popular test topic.
- The nightmare stuff: Every year, Professor
Blecker's final exam focuses its one essay question on a
Constitutional analysis of various statutes. Most students
are completely confused by this topic, as it is pretty difficult.
Learn it now from us, and avoid the stress and struggle on
your own

We'll explain that what you're learning about and we'll show
you how that stuff appears on final exams.
- Constitutional requirements of burdens of proof: Every year,
there is one exam question about this. It's a little confusing,
and we'd love you to hear it from us, before you get confused
in class.
- Theories of crime and punishment and how to use that info
on exams.
- Attempt & Homicide: Professor Chang's
class tends to be very theoretical, but a solid understanding
