Elura Nanos, Esquire, Co-President, Morange,
LLC, is a licensed attorney in the states of New York and
New Jersey. She obtained a J.D., magna cum laude, from New
York Law School, and a B.A., magna cum laude, from Wesleyan
University. As an attorney, Ms. Nanos worked as a civil prosecutor
for New York's Administration for Children's Services, where
she litigated child abuse and neglect cases on behalf of New
York City. Ms. Nanos has also practiced commercial litigation
at Thacher Proffitt & Wood in New York City, and at Blank Rome,
LLP, in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Ms. Nanos has also worked as
an instructor for Kaplan, Inc. for several years, where she
taught courses for the SAT, SCI-HI, GRE, GMAT, MCAT, and LSAT
exams. While at Kaplan, Ms. Nanos also worked as a trainer,
evaluator, and mentor for new Kaplan instructors. Currently,
Ms. Nanos is an adjunct professor at Camden County College,
where she teaches courses in advanced legal writing, legal
research, business law, and family law.
Michele Sileo, Esquire, Co-President, Morange,
LLC, is a licensed attorney in the states of New York and
New Jersey. She obtained a J.D. from New York Law School and
a B.A., cum laude from Brooklyn College. Ms. Sileo worked as
a civil prosecutor for New York's Administration for Children's
Services, where she litigated child support enforcement cases
on behalf of New York City. Ms. Sileo also practiced medical
malpractice litigation at Martin Clearwater & Bell, the largest
medical malpractice law firm in New York City. Ms. Sileo has
also worked as an instructor for Kaplan, Inc. for several years,
where she taught PSAT, SAT, SCI-HI, GRE, and LSAT courses.
